Many people struggle with their image, and the face often displays the most obvious and significant signs of aging and irregular features. Fortunately, many facial rejuvenation procedures are available to revitalize your appearance and enhance your facial contours.
Below are the facial procedures offered by Dr. Taylor. During a consultation, he can help determine which procedure(s) will meet your needs and aesthetic goals.
Brow Lift
A brow lift procedure is meant to reduce wrinkles, lines, and blemishes in the forehead and brow area. Also known as a forehead lift, this procedure raises the brows to clear sightlines and restore a more alert appearance. Post-operative recovery will involve the use of small tubes to facilitate drainage and light wrappings to protect the area as it heals.

A buccal fat removal treatment strategically removes fat from the mid face to enhance the appearance of the cheekbones. This can augment natural beauty and reduce the presence of a “baby face.” The fat that remains on the face may be sculpted to better portray the desired aesthetic of the patient. During recovery, the patient will need to follow a specified diet for a few days. Ice and over-the-counter medication may be recommended to reduce swelling, which should fade within the few weeks. Final results will be seen within six to eight weeks.

Chin augmentation surgery uses a specialized implant to change the shape of the chin. This can adjust the contours and general shape of the lower face. Strengthening the chin and appearance of the jawline may improve the balance of the face, increasing symmetry and aesthetic appeal. During the first week post-surgery, swelling and minor pain may occur. This may be treated with either prescription or over-the-counter medications depending on severity.

Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift surgery) is a procedure designed to correct wrinkles, bags, and sagging skin around the eyes. It can make patients look younger, more alert, and less stressed by tightening the skin and tissues as well as removing or repositioning displaced fat. This procedure may also open sightlines in cases where fat deposits and sagging have impacted vision. Ointments and cold compresses are recommended during the first one to two weeks following your operation.

Facelift surgery can reduce wrinkles and sagging skin in the mid and lower face as well as jowls along the jawline and muscle banding in the neck. Dr. Taylor often combines a facelift and neck lift to ensure your appearance remains consistent. By tightening the underlying tissues and smoothing the skin, a facelift procedure can dramatically reduce the visible signs of aging for years to come. During recovery, a surgical drain will be used to reduce swelling. It is suggested that patients sleep with their head elevated during the first two weeks following the operation.
Go To FaceliftFaceTite®
The FaceTite® procedure uses radio-frequency-assisted liposuction to reduce fat and tighten skin. This minimally invasive technique stimulates the production of elastin and collagen, making the skin tighter and more elastic. This slows or even temporarily reverses many signs of aging in the treated skin. The removal of fat also allows for aesthetic adjustments via facial contouring. Patients may experience minor swelling and bruising at the incision site but will be able to return to work a couple days post-treatment.
Go To FACETITE®Facial Fat Transfer
A fat transfer procedure uses purified fat taken from the patient’s abdomen or buttocks to enhance the size and appearance of their chin, cheekbones, and lips. Fat injections can also be used to smooth out wrinkles on the forehead, cheeks, and chin. During the first week following the injections, patients may experience swelling and bruising. Patients should be able to return to work a couple days following the treatment.

Lip augmentation techniques can be used to enhance the appearance of the lips. These may include:
- A surgical lip lift to make the upper lip more visible and perky.
- A lip fat transfer to enhance the size of the lips and reduce wrinkles.
- Synthetic implants to increase collagen content in the lips and improve lip shape.
- Lip injections that may reduce wrinkles and increase the lip’s volume.
Recovery times may vary depending on the technique chosen. In general, patients are advised to avoid exposure to direct sunlight as much as possible in the first week following treatment.

Otoplasty (ear pinning) is a surgical procedure that reshapes or removes cartilage behind the ear to change where the ear sits relative to the face. The object of otoplasty is generally to adjust ears that stick out from the head. Many patients seek this treatment as they (or their peers) consider their ear placement a social impairment. Unlike most plastic surgery procedures, ear pinning surgery may be performed on younger patients. Swelling and bruising may occur during the first two weeks after the surgery.

Rhinoplasty surgery (sometimes referred to as a “nose job”) is designed to adjust the size, shape, and projection of the nose. It can also smooth out unwanted features such as bumps, rises, or divots. A rhinoplasty procedure may be focused on one part of the nose, such as the bridge, tip, or nostrils. Initial recovery will take about two weeks, during which the nose will be encased in a splint to ensure the adjustments remain stable. Some swelling may remain for a few months following the surgery.
